I founded Springboard Coaching because I believe women deserve to actualize their dreams and live on purpose.

 

I wasn’t always vacationing with my husband and experiencing these happy moments. In fact, there was a lot of loss and heartache in my journey. But it is exactly because of the unsuccessful moments in my relationships, unfulfilling experiences in my career and completely shocking events in my life that I was prompted to choose differently. 

 

Today, I recognize my greatness and power of choice. I live and act every day in alignment with my purpose. Whether as an advocate for OnBoard, former ICF Georgia Board Member or in supporting my clients directly, I help others to move away from feeling stuck and low to finding hope, possibility and life/career fulfillment again. 

 

I believe each of us has the power to heal and grow boundlessly. But, from my own journey, I know that it can only begin to take place when we choose to take action and move through our pain or challenges. Journey with me because on the other side you will find your true essence and ability to live on purpose – connected to your power, greatest wellbeing and possibility!
